Heartline Meatless
Meats are a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious, hearty meal
without the high levels of cholesterol and fat. The result of many years
of research, Heartline products have the look,
taste, and texture of fine meats - without the toxic by-products or animal
drugs. Moreover, removed are the simple sugars associated with "soy
aftertaste" and intestinal indigestion, common to most meat replacers.
Heartline
is made from 100% pure defatted soy flour. It contains no animal
derivatives whatsoever, so you get the satisfaction of eating your
favorite savory meats . . . Without the health risk.
Directions for use on all the
following items:
All the following products
are prepared in the same matter. Each box contains 8 ounces of ingredients
and when "reconstituted", produces one pound of that ingredient.
To one cup of Heartline, add
3/4 cup of water. If micro waving, cook on high for eight minutes or to
desired texture. If cooking conventionally, just boil Heartline
for ten minutes, or, again, to desired texture. Pour off excess water.
That's It! It's that easy! When properly prepared, Heartline
is virtually indistinguishable from the meats it is designed to replace.
Because Heartline is so versatile, you can use
many of the recipes to which you are already accustomed.
Too keep Heartline fresh for up
to six months, simply keep the product wrapped in the enclosed liner. No
refrigeration is required until Heartline has
been cooked (reconstituted) or frozen.
One final note: If you are cooking or baking a recipe
with a high liquid content, such as soups, you may simply add Heartline
directly to the recipe . . . no re-constitution is required. Heartline
gains nearly twice its weight after cooking. It also gets twice as big.
NOTE: Sometimes
these products come packaged in a sealed bag instead of a box.
