Use this Coating Mix for frying or baking.
A very finely ground corn meal and corn flour. No "Gritty" corn meal texture and taste. Lightly flavored with various spices for that "down home" Southern flavor. After coating food with "Coating Mix & Fish Fry" as per the instructions on package, you can then either fry or bake.
Net weight = 8 oz.

Ball's Cajun Seafood Fry Mix - Spicy

Use with or without batter. To use without batter, roll moist pieces of seafood in Ball's Cajun Seafood Mix. Fry until golden brown. If batter is desired, dip seafood into egg and milk mixture then roll in Fry Mix. Use on fish, shrimp, oysters, scallops, crabs, crawfish tails and frog legs.
