Jay Huner has been an astacologist - crawfish biologist - for over 25 years. Judy Huner is a retired teacher. The two have combined their knowledge of crawfish biology and exploitation and the tourism industry to generate this crawfish booklet.

This booklet is in it's second printing and is illustrated by Darlene Frank Shilling who has been a wildlife artist for many years.
